3 lb pork shoulder from May Tree Farm, frozen

Place pork with 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce in crock pot. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Set to cook for 8 hours and it will be ready by the time you are home from work.
After cooked, pull meat out of pot and shred in another bowl. Add more BBQ sauce. Serve on sandwich buns with veggies.
